1、单芯片GaN基白光发光二极管的研究,天津市应用基础及前沿技术重点项目,经费20万,主持人,已完成;

2、大功率LED驱动芯片的研发,天津市科技支撑计划重点项目,到校经费15万,承担单位负责人,已完成;

3、高可靠LED驱动电源技术开发及可靠性研究,国家科技支撑计划,到校经费33.6万,承担单位负责人,在研;

4、新型大功率LED封装技术研究,横向项目,经费25万,来源于万辉企业有限公司,主持人,已完成。

5、与CMOS工艺兼容硅基PERL结构发光二极管研究,国家自然科学基金资助项目,经费24万,第二完成人,已完成;

6、超高亮度红光发光二极管外延片、功率型芯片产业化及应用示范工程,天津市科技创新专项资金项目,经费1000万,第六完成人,已完成。

7、轻量化新能源道路照明产品,天津市科技计划项目,经费10万,第三参加者,在研;

8、半导体照明公共检测与信息服务平台建设,火炬计划,经费50万,第五参加者,在研;
